The cargo management system of the 2022 RAM 1500 has side rail cargo space with a locking mechanism. As the RAM trucks provide better security features, the cargo is also secured with the AllSecure Central Locking feature. The side rail cargo space has a power outlet with 115 volts of auxiliary power. If you are in a power emergency, the outlet will suffice.
Tools, luggage, and other material are not the only things you can store in the side rails. The space allows for cold drink storage with ice—it practically works as a drainable and lockable cooler that keeps your drinks chilled!
A spacious cargo bed is the main feature of the RamBox® Cargo Management System. You can divide the cargo bed into two sections to better organize your things. A cargo light illuminates these sections for convenient use at night or in low-light conditions.
