In the eSave mode, the remaining battery is slowly charged and is then used when the engine is used up.
The Hybrid mode is a combination of both the Electric and eSave modes. This gives the driver the best of both worlds, as they can use the battery for short distances and then save the battery for later use. The Jeep Grand Cherokee will automatically switch between Electric and Hybrid modes, depending on the driving conditions.
